A colour season is a personal colour analysis system that determines your most flattering colours based on three fundamental aspects of your natural colouring: value (light or dark), chroma (bright or muted), and undertone (cool or warm).

Value: Whether your overall colouring appears light or dark. Light value features include fair skin and lighter hair colours, while dark value features include deeper skin tones and darker hair colours.

Chroma: Whether colours appear bright or muted. Bright colours are vivid and clear, while muted colours are softer and more greyed. This indicates whether someone looks best in clear, bright colours or softer, muted ones.

Undertone: The underlying colour beneath your skin - either cool (pink, blue, red) or warm (golden, yellow, peach). Undertone remains constant regardless of tanning or skin conditions.

    • Absence of depth in your features
    • Your skin, eyes, and hair are light for your ethnicity
    • Contrast between your skin, hair, and eye color is low (may be medium for darker ethnicities)
